Facebook to screen new smart glasses, which is planned to launch this week.

Facebook is planning to launch its first wearable devices in the form of glasses, which would be smart glasses prepared to launch this week. This project is a partnership with Ray-ban. They might not be fully functional AR glasses.

The features of the Glasses are very much similar to snap spectacles. These glasses would take a real-world view that would be directly shared on Facebook and Instagram.

Undeniably this is an exciting feature provided by Facebook. It would stimulate how Ray-Ban amalgamates camera functionality into a cool and fashionable design for its users. But then snap’s glasses were released five years ago. So the users have already accessed this kind of technology.

Facebook is planning for a long-term vision for this project. It would require some upgrades for Facebook’s glasses to be fully functional VR compatible, along with a head-up display that would connect digital elements in your real-world vision.

Facebook vice president of the augmented and virtual reality department, Andrew Bosworth, stated that these are connected glasses, which will provide lots of features that they are planning to provide. They are very excited about this event, but they don’t want to overhype it. They are not planning to call them augmented reality glasses, but they will just call them smart glasses.

Facebook will be planning to boost its business by direct connectivity with Facebook and Instagram, creating a temptation for the users to buy the new device. Facebook must be prepared for any circumstances during the launch of the glasses what’s so the users' reply might be.

Whatever the logic might be, Facebook is all planned to launch its first smart glasses in partnership with Ray-Ban by the end of this week. This would mark the first step for the next generation of digital connectivity.
